1. Purpose
This Authorized User Policy explains the responsibilities that apply when you allow other individuals to access your InvestorBootz account.
2. Authorized Users
You may invite employees, agents, contractors, assistants, or other representatives to access your InvestorBootz account ("Authorized Users"). By inviting or otherwise allowing an individual to access your account, you authorize that person to act on your behalf through the Platform.
3. Authority to Act
Actions performed by an Authorized User through your account are considered actions authorized by you. This includes, but is not limited to:
Placing or modifying orders
Communicating with InvestorBootz
Providing scheduling or property information
Approving changes
Viewing deliverables
Performing any other actions available through the Platform
4. Payment Responsibility
You are responsible for all fees, charges, invoices, and other amounts incurred through your account, including those resulting from actions taken by any Authorized User.
Your responsibility applies regardless of whether you personally reviewed, approved, or participated in each individual order or account activity.
5. Account Management
You are solely responsible for managing your account and Authorized Users, including:
Determining who may access your account
Assigning and managing user permissions
Protecting your account credentials
Promptly removing access for individuals who are no longer authorized to act on your behalf
InvestorBootz may rely on actions taken through your account as authorized by you unless notified otherwise through the Platform.
6. Relationship to the Customer Terms of Service
This Authorized User Policy forms part of the InvestorBootz Customer Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Customer Terms of Service, the Customer Terms of Service will control.
